Pa. O.C. Rule 10. Register of Wills
___The practice, procedure
and forms used before a Register of Wills shall be in substantial
conformity with the practice, procedure and forms approved by
the Supreme Court of this Commonwealth or, in the absence thereof,
the practice, procedure and forms approved by the local Orphans'
Court Division.
[Supreme Court Committee Comment: The Committee
has prepared and filed currently herewith recommended forms.][Adopted
April 26, 1979, effective August 1, 1979.]
___Appeals
from judicial acts or proceedings of the Register of Wills and
the practice and procedure with respect thereto shall be as prescribed
by local rules.
[Committee Comment: This is substantially identical
to what formerly was Rule 10.1 before the addition to Rule 10.]
