SCH.CO.O.C. RULE 9: OFFICIAL EXAMINERS
Whenever an examination of assets is ordered in connection with an accounting, the
special order of appointment will be included in the adjudication of the account, and the
examiner shall make his examination after the schedule of distribution has been filed
and approved so that the assets distributable to fiduciaries, which are the assets to be
examined, will have been determined.

Each estate shall be liable for the compensation of the examiner and the amount of
such compensation shall be fixed by special Order of the Court.
